I didn’t think it’d be a problem but we also have a new property management company take over January 1. They told me that if I do not have a copy with a new name by the 19th, they would charge me $27 for a month of their insurance at their price. I pay 140 a year anyway Hannah at the office. Expedited me a PDF because I had ordered the Policy with Change name to be in paper, She sent me a PDF in about an hour. New delivered it to the folks downstairs thank you. I like efficiency.
