We are certainly not their most profitable clients, but when our automatic upcoming premium quote jumped by $1400 for 6 mo, they reached out before we could even react. They accurately explained our situation and helped adjust our coverage to a more normal and appropriate level (validated by multiple neighbors from all different companies). They care - and their actions reflect this even above and beyond their words. I would and do recommend them without hesitation.
