- SRSurface Pro (Livia Reid)Apr 1, 20261.0If there are negative stars you'd get all of them, I needed insurance fast and I contacted this office, I talked to Crystal, Worst customer service Ever, not sure how she's still employed and how this office still in business. Insurance is way overpriced, and my card was charged twice, it's been a fight with the bank to dispute since this office refuse to return the money. Then 2 days later I see multiple charges on my card, this is a new card and i didn't use it anywhere else. Thank you Crystal. people if you see this you should run away. I will not give up until I get every penny back.
