Bobby is a great agent; super knowledgeable without the sales fluff! I recently moved into my home and did the 3 quotes thing - Bobby's quote blew every other quote out of the water. Not only was the coverage equal but he is saving me $100 a month on my truck and homeowners insurance! If you are looking for a GENUINELY dedicated and great agent, Bobby is your guy!!

I had been a loyal State Farm customer for about 30 years. Unfortunately, I just had to cancel all of my policies with them. This past year has been a nightmare dealing with Kaan’s office. They made two policy errors that have taken significant effort to try to resolve and one of the errors is ongoing. Up until March, I owned two homes. We built a large detached garage/workshop for one of them. When I called to add coverage for the garage (late Jan), they mistakenly added the coverage to the wrong property. Because it takes so long to get written confirmation of policy changes and their website lags significantly behind, I did not receive written notification of the error for almost a month. When I called to correct the error in early March, they told me it would be fixed. Now, almost 3 months later I am still dealing with the error and being charged for it. I am very concerned the bill will go to collections and impact my credit score. The second error involved windshield glass coverage. I called to add uninsured motorist coverage to both of our cars. While on the phone they sold me on adding windshield coverage, so I agreed to add to both cars. They ended up only adding the windshield coverage to one. Of course it was the uncovered car that ended up with windshield damage and when I called to get it fixed I found out it wasn’t actually covered. Please DEMAND immediate written confirmation of any changes you make by phone with their office staff and review your policies VERY carefully. I will also say, I experienced dramatic rate increases over the last few years despite making no claims. I know the industry is hurting, but when I started shopping around because of their poor service, I found out that they were overcharging me, especially for my umbrella coverage. If they don’t correct the erroneous bill, I will be making a report to DORA. At this point it is ridiculous that I am still dealing with an error they made 3 months ago.

I work with Eddy Batista and I have found him to be very responsive to the requests I have made. They also have very competitive pricing. I have my cars and home insured and get some good discounts for having multiple policies.
