  Unfortunately our previous agent with Allstate is not longer with Allstate, now we are stuck with Joe. We need important information and documents of our car insurance for a buisness contract COI. That company and us have been trying numerous times to get a hold of Joe Fowler with no response. He maybe good for the initial set up, but after that, good luck trying to reach him.

  Never really had a pleasant experience with Allstate if I'm being honest. When it was still Sue Helfrich Allstate though, they at least tried to make things right. Had a recent accident with a deer and it hasn't been going good at all. Called the office and told them how terrible of an experience I had trying to get roadside assistance with Allstate. Big surprise, never got help from Allstate and ended up just calling my own tow. They weren't surprised and even said that Allstates roadside services were terrible and suggested AAA instead. Wish they would have told me that when they were selling me the policy. Finding out now that my rental coverage isn't as good as I was told when signing up for the policy. I figured $30 a day (which I was told would get me any vehicle I needed) for 30 days would equate to a total of $900. Rental is costing $65 a day for a comparable vehicle, which I only need for about a week. Allstate is holding firm saying that is the rule. Max $30 a day not a total of $900. But if I want, there's a new policy that they offer for next time, and they'd be happy to get me a quote... I've been loyal to Allstate for 13+ years, making a total of about 2 claims, and a few cracked windshields. I told the Helfrich agency I'd give them another opportunity in 2020 when they left me roadside for 6+ hours on my motorcycle. This time hasn't really been any different. I've spoken to a total of 1 person who even seems remotely interested in not losing me as a customer, and it's not anyone from the Fowler office, thanks Mohammad. I have 7 policies with Allstate, but maybe the headache of switching to a new agency will be better than future disappointments. Just trying to leave an honest review of my experience(s) to maybe help others. Sorry if it seems harsh. I know I was harsh with the 1-800 folks, but after your told to download 3 apps with minimal cell service and only speak to robots for 30 mins before you get to a person in the wrong department and then blindly transfered to someone who has no idea what's going on and hung up on and laughed at several times while you're already in a less than ideal situation... I think a little harshness can be expected. All in all, customer service has been okay from the folks at Fowler. I'm just not confident that I'm truly "In good hands".

  I am 53 years old I have had only 2 insurance companies my whole life. State Farm and All State. All state is far better than my experience with State farm. With All state you feel like family
