Jeremy is my contact person and each time I speak with him, it’s like talking to a long time friend. He explains things so well and makes making any changes to our services very simple. I was recently in a wreck and Jeremy’s number one concern was to make sure that I was ok and then we handled the claims process. I would recommend Ken Richard’s to anyone on the western slope because I am confident they would be treated like family like I have been for so many years!
