They did reverse one fee, but “can’t” do anything about the other. Even though the issue was on Allstate’s end. It was like pulling teeth the whole time to get anything done, and one of my policies, the autopay was completely removed. They don’t do a good job of resolving issues. And they’ll treat you as if you’re confused, instead of just fixing the problem.
