  Eric and Amanda (and team) have been so incredible and consistent in supporting by answering questions, making connections, and educating on all things insurance. I was with State Farm and called them with questions I couldn't get answered at the branch I was at, and they immediately reviewed my plan, answered my questions, and actually referred me to another State Farm branch as they believed I would be best served there for my particular case (I'll be doing home insurance with Thompson soon). Not often you find someone, especially in a competitive space like insurance, willing to forfeit new business just to see you get the best service possible for your individual case. These guys are like none other, and I couldn't refer or recommend them with more of a smile - they're incredible!

  My family has been using Thompson Insurance Agency for several years now, and they’ve been consistently great. They’re attentive, transparent, and super responsive—anytime I call with a question or need help, they’re right on it. Everyone there is helpful, professional, and just really easy to work with. I also love that you always get a real person on the phone who actually knows what they’re talking about and knows YOU. I’d choose this small business over the big-name insurance companies any day of the week (and twice on Sundays). Highly recommend.
