- DFDaniel FleshnerOct 30, 20251.0They keep ghosting me when I try to cancel my policy. I've contacted them numerous times for several weeks. Once I even got through to someone, and they assured me the policy would be cancelled, but 2 weeks later, I got a bill for the policy that's apparently still in place. They're dishonest and awful.

From the looks of it, they did not cancel it. and now they are telling us that there is nothing they can do as they can only go back 30 days. So they are still trying to charge us $285 for a policy we canceled. Then when we spoke to the escalation Team, April insist there is no one above her that we can speak to. We called back and got the run around, agents hanging up and no one wants to fix this and take responsibility for their mistake. This is a crooked business practice and I have already wrote the corporate office and I am in the process of writing a review to the BBB.
