When we called to cancel we were continued to be charged for coverage we didn’t have, and Michael’s team is taking 30+ days to resolve this with him being on the email thread and never getting involved. Go somewhere better, I can guarantee the low price will change and your coverage will be terrible, but it case you wanted to keep the low price just say you’ll cancel and they’ll bounce right back with a low price after raising it for no reason.

I worked with Desiree recently and she took the time explain the different options to get me the level of coverage I'm comfortable with. There is so much that goes into insurance coverage and she answered all my questions in a way that helped me understand the different aspects of the policy options. I called mainly about home insurance and ended up moving my auto policy as well.
