Truthfully, from the beginning, he has been incredible, talked through different home policy options, ways to bundle my car insurance and finding a comparable competitive rate to what I had before. He is always open and willing to answer my questions, this year we had a increase in our premium and he talked me through reasons why and actually ended up finding a better policy for me that saved us money. - MSMagdalena SwansonDec 11, 20251.0Getting started was a breeze and the quote was great. What you would not expect is your policy to go up with no explanation and almost doubling over time. When we called to cancel we were continued to be charged for coverage we didn’t have, and Michael’s team is taking 30+ days to resolve this with him being on the email thread and never getting involved. Go somewhere better, I can guarantee the low price will change and your coverage will be terrible, but it case you wanted to keep the low price just say you’ll cancel and they’ll bounce right back with a low price after raising it for no reason.
