- ACAndrew ChadwikMar 26, 20261.0Crista Dillon, Michelle Russel and anyone else who works here is extremely incompetent. Terrible follow through when asked about things, assumed other things. They charged me for insurance I did not use or want, I asked them to cancel it, and instead of following up they just sent it to collections. For how much of a cake walk being an insurance agent is, this agency specifically sucks. Stay away at all costs.
