  There were supposed documents that needed signing. I was never notified until I realized I was being overcharged hundreds of dollars every month for several months. I was told I would be getting a refund once the documents were signed but was still being overcharged after I signed the documents. Then they told me I would not be getting a refund. Instead they offered me a measley $150 gift card, Which I never received. When I brought it up to the agency months later, they try to offer me $25 gift card instead. Crooks, liars. Stay away from this agency. They will pocket your hard earned money then blame it on so called documents that needed signing. And will continue overcharging even after you sign their documents.

  It has been so easy to work with them on my home and auto policy. I love that there was always someone available to answer any questions I have.

  Allstate has gone down hill dramatically over the last two years. Couldn’t get them to pay out on an accident when I was hit by a postal vehicle. Then they tried to deny me on medical treatment for another accident. Had to get my medical provider and my auto garage involved for reimbursements that’s I should not of had to pay out on in the first place. Now I’ve been shuffled to 2 other agents to further dismiss me as a client.
