Switched from State Farm to Allstate when buying a new home a couple of years ago; The rate here for home insurance was much more competitive and I enjoyed working with them. Today they reached out and were also able to lower my auto rate a little bit which I really appreciated. Working with them has been pretty easy and definitely has had some cost-benefits that you might want to consider if shopping around as well!

Last week I received a letter from Nationwide that my policy was not going to be renewed due to my agent being no longer contracted. Coincidentally the same day, I received a mailer from Allstate Agent Kerry Liles. I looked at my policy premium for Nationwide and realized it had gone up over 1,000$ from when I purchased it in 2023 despite not making any claims, ever. Of course being into signs and synchronicities I immediately emailed Kerry. Promptly an agent named David Burke called and explained everything to me quickly and efficiently. My coverage limits with Nationwide were garbage and MORE money annually compared to what Allstate offered. Please do yourself a favor and give them a call. It’s quick and painless. Have your numbers ready for your own quick reference. David was great and I am thoroughly impressed with this agency. Thanks!

Jacob was incredibly informative and worked to get me the best possible coverage. I never felt pressured or sold to in the slightest, so it was a pleasant interaction. Even better, the improved coverage limits and lowered deductible somehow came with a less expensive price tag than one of the bigger, supposedly cheaper outfits. Highly recommend!
Their staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding, and the agency has an outstanding philosophy for giving honest, straightforward advice that prioritizes the best interests of the customer always.
They provide their customers with a direct line to the office, and it's very easy to get someone on the phone, or have someone call you back, in a timely manner.
