  When it comes to dealing with insurance, it’s not my strong suit, but talking with Roberto has made a huge difference. He’s incredibly informative, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to answer my questions. Compared to my previous agent with Allstate, he’s been much more helpful and clear. I’m really glad I found him and feel comfortable reaching out to him anytime about my policies. Thank you, Roberto, you’re amazing!

  David Burke has been great help the last few years! He significantly lowered my rates from the previous company, and checks in every year to try and lower them more. I’d highly recommend these people!

  I've been with Allstate for a while now, never really had any complaints, but spent some time going over my policy with Jacob the last two days and I have nothing but glowing words to say. He was kind, respectful, and made sure I was aware of what was changing and why. Plus my bill went down. Absolutely recommend to anyone tired of insurance places playing around or being too hard to get in touch with.

  I’ve been an Allstate customer for several years and have been happy with the rates and coverage I was receiving. Recently my homeowners rate was about to skyrocket and increase my mortgage substantially - David and Hank worked with me to lower my rates and even improve what was covered. David did a great job explaining how and why things were changing and was straightforward with any questions I had.

  Change in auto policy was conducted via telephone. Hank Vogel and Donald Burke were very professional and answered all my questions. Before finalizing the new policy, Mr. Burke was very responsive to different scenerios I posed to him, and took more time to explain how a $1 million Personal Umbrela Policy would come into play.
