  Property-casualty insurance companies do not generally get high marks from consumers for many reasons beyond their control such as unrealistic expectations about claims settlements, the cost of insurance to mention just a few reasons what. Fortunately there are exceptions and we are so pleased with our relationship with Allstate Insurance. Our agent, Benincasa Insurance in Centennial, is extraordinary. They truly understand and practice the highest standards of consumer service. In 2024 we suffered a hail loss that required us to replace the roof. My first call was to Benincasa. Ross Rothschild, one of the agents, recommended that we call Great Roofing and Restoration. They did a phenomenal job and upgraded the shingles to Class IV which are resistant to much hail damage at most additional cost. Allstate handled the claim perfectly from start to finish as did the roofing company. We also received a generous premium discount thanks to the Class IV shingles now on our roof. As I said earlier, we couldn’t be more pleased with Allstate!
