They completely messed up one of my policies and didn't tell me they dropped coverage, and explicitly talking about this same subject just weeks before. When setting-up my auto policy they put down the incorrect VIN (a lot of numbers were wrong, not just one), then after the policy was written stated I had to sign the paperwork with the incorrect information then they would amend it. And they randomly increase my rates without reason. The employees are incompetent, just your typical insurance sales people looking for a quick dollar. And Mitchell Wettstein himself never gets involved even when there are major problems with policies they write and actions of their employees. This agency doesn't care! Stay far away!
