Added full coverage insurance for a vehicle we haven't owned in years to our home insurance when all we wanted was a quote on a liability only vehicle to see if there was a discount benefit. So not only did we end up paying FULL COVERAGE insurance on a vehicle that we haven't owned in years, we double paid on insurance for another vehicle. After over a half dozen requests from us for an update (they very conveniently promise to keep us updated but never do) and to refund us our money this thief finally sends an email saying she can't do anything. Still can't bother to pick up a phone. Bad customer service. Inaccurate billing. Doesn't take accountability for their mistakes. Can't even pick up a phone. Use at your own risk. Marcy, you and your team are a joke.
