  THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Jen and her team are excellent at following up to sell you insurance. After they have your money, it's a mess. I signed up for 3 policies (Home, (2) vehicle). I was told a home inspection "might" be coming, but it was nothing to worry about. Well, the roof did not pass their inspection and the homeowners policy was cancelled. I went back to my prior agent (Farmers). They sent their inspector, at their cost, to inspect the roof and found "normal wear and tear", and resumed my policy. I suggested to Jen that she could offer this service to avoid the mess that I experienced and was told, "We don't operate that way". Her employee, JR, is a great salesperson...very smooth. Be careful or better yet, just go elsewhere.

  Thoroughly messed up on the auto coverage on our $60,000 Volvo. Did not include comprehensive and collision coverage on it but not on our 25 year old ford truck. Would not acknowledge their mistake. We changed agents. Good riddance.

  Jen Morrow our agent is wonderful she responds email, call very fast she has even responded on her day off when I really needed her for an sr22 I am glade I switched to Allstate and recommend them 100%
