  Kay and Tanner are always very helpful in answering any questions I have about my policy. They have been good to me over the years helping me find the right insurance and coverage to meet my needs. I also appreciate their knowledge about the town and area. Thanks for the support and going the extra mile!

  Update: Essentially I would like the review to reflect the business and it's practices not just the actions of a few bad apples. We are currently working with the owner to resolve our issues. Mr. Steinbach reached out to us in an effort to correct the problem and apologize on behalf of affordable which I respect! We are giving him time to come up with a resolution that works well for everyone and I'm pretty confident at this point that we will come to one. I will update again and revise my ratings & reviews based on the outcome of the situation which I anticipate being acceptable after meeting with such a kind concerned man! Thank You Mr. Steinbach for reaching out to me and taking time out of your life to apologize to me for the way I was treated and for trying to find a way to make things right for us! We're so grateful! I have been doing business with Kay & Tanner for some time now. However most of my interactions have been with Deb up front. Deb has left me without important coverages now on multiple occasions and blamed it on our "making changes too much" when placing a comp claim I was told I had no rental car coverage and had to pay it out of pocket, now that I've been hit & hurt by an uninsured motorist, they have told me that I do not have that coverage either when we specifically had a conversation about having to pick uninsured motorist property damage or collision. That you can't carry both. After telling me I lacked the coverages needed for them to help me, I expressed my disappointment in them for continuously leaving me short of important coverages to keep their rates "affordable". Kay then very sternly came out and told me to find somewhere else to get our insurance and then Tanner came out from the back calling me names I wont repeat and screaming at me to get the F out and that he's calling the cops with his eyes twitching like he suffers from some form mental illness or psychosis and is on the verge of a psychotic break. I would discourage anyone from doing business with these folks or atleast expect to get mistreated and get far less than you pay for in coverage. Tanner tells people locally that he has "anxiety" and that why he mistreats people. That's no excuse to scream at me and call me bad names. I say grow up and act like an adult man. Learn to work through your problems instead of creating them. Kay was basically just as rude, only better at being fake in the past. Deb seems clueless and oblivious to her mistakes in coverage just blaming the customer everytime when I asked to see the screen or have a print out and always get told no, as well as their mistreating folks. It's definitely not somewhere I would send a friend. What I experienced today was nothing short of slander and defamation of character. 😞
