  Holy cow, avoid these guys like the plague. Apparently a popped tire and busted rim is enough for them to total a vehicle worth $12k - someone should tell these folks how auto insurance works. It would be one thing if the repair cost were near the value of the car, but State Farm didn't consider - or even OBTAIN - a repair quote. I am *genuinely* astounded at the bald-faced greed on display here, and have no idea how parasites like these manage to sleep at night. I'll let you do your own math, but I'll be shopping for a new auto policy, immediately. Holy cow, avoid these guys like the plague. They straight-up lied to the shop, stating that I had given them permission to come pick it up. If it weren't for my mechanic's integrity, it would be gone. To be clear - I've never missed a premium, my car is paid off, I own the title, I have withdrawn the claim I filed, and I did NOT agree to any settlement, transfer, payout. These guys are snakes, stay away.

  Truly the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with insurance. Ally was kind, professional and quick to my million questions. She also worked around my schedule. She saved us money and took care of handling all details of notifying banks and mortgage company. Even after insurance sales complete, she continues to take my calls with random questions. Insurance honestly is a pain...Ally however makes it bearable😆.

  THIS WAS A DIFFICULT AND PROTRACTED BINDING OF A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY POLICY. LISA AND PAUL LITTLES OFFICE WORKED THRU ALL THE ISSUES AND ULTIMATELY OVERCAME ALL THE ROADBLOCKS AND HAD THE POLICY BOUND. WE APPRECIATE THE RUTHLESS "STICKTOOITNESS" OF LISA AND TEAM!!!

  I worked with Katie McBride, and she made me feel like I was in great hands from start to finish - genuinely felt like she wanted to help me without any pressure.
