- BJBrian JenksOct 21, 20222.0I have been with them for several year's yet I call and talk with Breann get told she will call me back the next week and it has been a 2 months. I call and Bill answers tells me Breann is on the other line ask him to have her call me with 45 min until they close and no call back. Call 5 min before they are supposed to close and of course nobody answers. This has happened several time's and is starting to become bothersome. If you are supposed to CARE then call your client's back.

She made sure to understand as much about us as she could in order to provide us with the most competitive rates that made sense for what we we're looking for, which were actually less expensive than going directly to Progressive. I'd recommend working locally with the Kyles' as they seem to have a great understanding of the Colorado policies as well as being extremely friendly.
