What a breath of fresh air she is when having to deal with insurance. She answered my many questions in detail, and with patience. It was nice to not only talk on the phone to someone local, but I was able to stop by her office and put a face to the voice -- that is something I've missed when doing insurance online. I highly recommend this State Farm location.
