  I spoke with Rachel a few days ago and she gave me a quote over the phone and I went in today and we finalized my new auto policy with State farm and she was great answered all the questions Very pleasant to work with and I really appreciate everything that she did for me today Thank you

  My brother holds his insurance here and he had his ID stolen over the weekend. In order to get it replaced we needed a copy of his insurance card. We called and spoke with Rachel who is an associate there. She was incredible. By the time we got to the office she had multiple items for us to help us through a difficult time and her engaging attitude was awesome. We really appreciate the level of individual service she provided and she made our tough day quite a bit better! Thanks Rachel!
