There were a few bright spots in the experience, though, and the entire claims experience with State Farm, and especially with this office, went very smoothly. Emily Ogburn was extraordinarily cordial and helpful, and the others who helped with the claim were all brilliant. I'd rather not damage my vehicle again, but I'm confident with this team at my back.
