Got connected with Erika's agency and they were mostly very helpful. In their eagerness to close deals, their attention to detail was lacking severely. The sent me someone else's policy documents! Several emails and phone calls straightened everything out. Had I not reviewed everything I would have been screwed on my coverage. While Erika's agency is responsive double check EVERYTHING.
