And they tell us that they cannot insure the house that is in Bailey, Colorado. And they are an insurance company in Bailey, Colorado. For fire danger. This is Colorado. What do you expect. And the house has been updated with as much fire mitigation as you can get. And just found out that this company is insuring the current owner. How are you going to insure the current owner but not the new one?
