  My wife and I were in a car accident at the beginning of February 2026, and we needed to utilize our insurance. My wife called to let them know and Yesenia started taking care of us right away. There was a lot to deal with, but Yesenia was on it. I needed to move another car to insurance, and then have proof of insurance for the car that was totaled. Then I needed to have the hospital income taken care of. With the whirlwind of trying to heal and deal with the logistics of an accident Yesenia didn't miss a beat to help us. Mike also reached out to see how the family was doing and if there was anything I needed to get help. I've had been paying for State Farm for years, and when I needed the support Yesenia, and Mike treated me as I was one of theirs.

  The best agency ever, I have been there over 30 years and always had first class service. Mike's Agency Manager Yesenia is the best. Having a service you can trust and get great customer service is so important. I absolutely recommend them. When I reached out this week I got great pricing news, nothing hidden and always truthful.

  My first experience here 18 months ago was meeting the agent, Mike, on a Saturday, to change companies including review coverage, recommend others, make sure we were happy and safe. First reason I prefer agent based insurance. Just recently had a claim and through this trying process, Yesenia has been an angel and exactly what I needed to get this resolved. She has gone above and beyond, the second but larger reason I will always do business with an agent based company rather than an 800#. ❤️

  Yessina is amazing. She’s on top of everything and doesn’t just earn your business and let it sit. We were looking to change Insurance companies, due to feeling like our current representative was comfortable and not getting us the best options. They took for granted we could take our business elsewhere. Yessina is a gift to this company. She really looks out for the client. She does everything with kindness and quickly. I will only work with her, within the Mike Gibbs branch. He better hold on to her bc she is really good at her job. Thank you Yessina! Appreciate you and all you’ve done for us.

  My mom Yesenia is so thorough and always makes sure I understand why protecting my family and my paycheck is so important. I’m truly grateful that she’s always available to answer any question I have. I may be a little biased, but if you need help with any insurance, she and this office are absolutely the best place to be! 🙏🏽
