- CMChristine MooreMar 23, 20261.0I was cold called by this number during dinner time. I answered because I was expecting a call in the evening from a different business, but didn't know the number. When the caller introduced herself as calling from State Farm, I said "I'm sorry, I'm going to have to let you go. I'm in the middle of dinner." The caller responded with "then why did you answer" and hung up on me. No asking when would be a good time or thanking me for taking the call. Just a very rude reaction. I understand that people often have quotas, but this is the first time I've ever had a cold caller react so rudely to a polite shut down. I've never had business with this office and now I certainly never will. To the owner, I'd suggest training for your call staff.
