  If you're hoping for a 50% increase for the same coverage with no claims after your first year, Jack's your guy. I had no problem finding an affordable premium with someone else.

  Always had great service with Allstate until I dealt directly with Jack Sughrue. He failed to follow up on adjusting my coverage for my homeowners policy. We discussed how I was overinsured and he promised to email me the next day with a new quote. Never heard back from him for 3 weeks so I switched to another insurance provider who was very professional, friendly and responded in a timely manner to all of my questions. I had 5 policies with Jack that I discontinued.

  I contacted the office and told them that I would not be renewing my insurance. They renewed it anyway without my authorization. They are now billing me and refuse to waive the bill.
