  Not a great agent nor is his office staff. Do not use them. Customer service is very disappointing. They make mistakes on your policy and they don’t call you back and follow through with anything.

  I’ve been to this location two times, and both times they have closed early, on the door it clearly states that the office hours are open until 5:30pm, it is really frustrating when a business does not uphold the hours they state that they are operating, totally inconvenient to customers to close an office early than the time given to customers. 😡😖

  Jose in Patrick Conway’s office is always so friendly. Anytime I have a question he is quick to answer. Amazing agent to work with and exceptional Customer Service! I am a customer of life and refer everyone to him.

  Today IS a day where we're supposed to be THANKFUL. And in the Grand Scheme of things, I AM THANKFUL. However, there was a flood in my townhome back on 10/10/25. And initially, Allstate came in with an EXTREME LOW OFFER to fix the damage. Then they GHOSTED ME for 21 DAYS. So, I had to Hire a Public Adjuster to TRY AND GET A FAIR DEAL. If I'm not mistaken, Allstate HAS NOW COME UP WITH A 2ND OFFER THAT IS EVEN LOWER THAN THE FIRST OFFER! DON'T BUY ALLSTATE INSURANCE. YOU'RE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THEM. Just Saying. Patrick Conaway, so you're saying had I not cancelled service I would be treated better. I guess Integrity comes with a price tag at Allstate.
