  I’ve worked with many insurance agencies in the past, but I’ve never experienced behavior as rude and unprofessional as I did in this case. My interaction with Norma was unexpectedly hostile and difficult. She repeatedly interrupted me, did not allow me to fully explain the situation, and did not request any documentation or photos before making assumptions. The overall tone of the conversation was negative and confrontational, which was surprising and disappointing from a professional insurance representative. This is not the standard of communication or claim handling I’ve experienced with other agencies. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with Norma, as the interaction was unnecessarily stressful and unproductive.

  Norma Contreras is such a lovely human being. She bends over backwards to make things run smoothly and that you are completely satisfied with all business dealings you might have with her. 1 out of 10 i give her 1,000
