  I am very unsatisfied with Bernard. I am moving, and called to get a quote on a new homeowners insurance policy. I was quoted $275 per month. After providing my payment information, I was charged $325. I called and spoke to three different people including Bernard, asking for an explanation for this discrepancy, and no satisfactory answers were forthcoming. Bernard actually said, "Oh, when I finished it, it was more."?! You know what a quote is, right? If you won't honor the quote, at the absolute least you should have called to check before changing me. At the end of the call, he said he would call me back when he, "figured it out." I have not received a call: totally unprofessional on top of the fraudulent charges.

  Bernard is an absolute rockstar! He has always helped me in a friendly, professional way and I always feel good about our interactions and the policies he’s set up for me. Will be using him for my home and auto needs for as long as humanly possible.

  I had a incident where my insurance was inactive due to an error in this time my vehicle was damaged by hail I went to Barnard about this issue after researching it he reinstated my insurance and the insurance company took care of the damages to my car also I had a time when my vehicle had to be taken to a shop and Bernard came from his home to pick me up and take me to my house to retrieve my other vehicle on his own time and never ask for anything in return I highly recommend Allstate Insurance and Bernard and his crew are the best.
