  I am very unsatisfied with Bernard. I am moving, and called to get a quote on a new homeowners insurance policy. I was quoted $275 per month. After providing my payment information, I was charged $325. I called and spoke to three different people including Bernard, asking for an explanation for this discrepancy, and no satisfactory answers were forthcoming. Bernard actually said, "Oh, when I finished it, it was more."?! You know what a quote is, right? If you won't honor the quote, at the absolute least you should have called to check before changing me. At the end of the call, he said he would call me back when he, "figured it out." I have not received a call: totally unprofessional on top of the fraudulent charges.

  I just had to make one of the hardest phone calls to Bernard to cancel my policies with him. My girlfriend moved in recently, and with the family discount she gets, along with her wanting to insure her items in the house under her policy, we made the decision to bundle everything with her company for now. This is nothing to do with Allstate, or ESPECIALLY with Bernard and his family. They have been BEYOND wonderful, and have helped me on multiple occasions over the many years I've been a client. I even stayed with his agency after moving out of state rather than finding a local agent. Bernard will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! He's a great guy, and I can't thank him enough. Hell take great care of you, I promise!

  Bernard and the team have always been there for me and my family. When we had an accident Bernard helped us every single step of the way. He has made us feel like family. He knows us by first name and has never made us feel like just a customer. Thank you Bernard and team! We absolutely recommend Bernard for all your insurance needs!
