They said that they start with $70-120/sq ft and and go up from there if asked to do so. I asked for help in determining what the amount should be and said it was up to me, which I agreed and said I’m not in the insurance or construction industry and need Allstate’s help with the logic and standards that are used since this was their business. She said she could not help. I told her I did an internet search and it was much greater. I asked to talk Jon Visser and she said her manager would speak to me and tell me the same thing, that they have no clue. I asked again to speak to Jon Visser, the owner of the agency, and she said no. I told her I’ll need to work with someone who knows what they are doing. What an experience! They don’t know what they are selling!!!
