    I am so frustrated with the Allstate’s automated service. When I just want to speak with an agent the automated service keeps asking how they can direct my call and if the system does not understand what I want it hangs up on me. Blanca is aware of my frustration and has allowed me to text her and if she is not with a customer she will respond right away. And “true to her word” she responds immediately. She is friendly and helpful. With Blanca I know I am not just a number but a customer in need. Thank you, Blanca, for being there for me. I appreciate that you care.

    Blanca went above and beyond to help us with our homeowners insurance renewal, and I cannot recommend her enough. We were dealing with a stressful renewal situation, tight timelines, and multiple requirements, and Blanca stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and persistent, clearly advocating for us the entire time. Thanks to her dedication and follow-through, our renewal was finally approved.
