- WWWeezy707Aug 13, 20181.0Place said my payment went through and sent a letter to confirm it was paid, to find out is wasnt paid the next month later.I called main number and spoke to someone about and they said they called me to notify my payment didnt go through on 5 days later.BUT they never even called me and told me.Place is completely unorganized.Even their hours for Saturday state they are open.False only for appointments, would have been nice to read that before I drove down there to find out they were close.Find a better insurance agent than this one.
