- HHHaneen HMay 16, 20241.0Angela is the WORST at being responsive. Never picks up her calls, never returns a call after leaving voicemail, and have to email her more than 5-6 times to hear back. Terrible customer service with this office. Was going to ask to be reassigned to a different agent but figured I would save the headache and just get coverage with a different company. Hope Allstate knows they're losing customers because of her. Edit responding to her comment; I find it funny that you respond to negative reviews faster than you ever do to emails. I have email proof from multiple previous times I tried to reach out for something and never heard back, besides this instance starting May 13th. I also had to email you just "??" Because you kept ignoring and you only responded when I called you out for your ghosting. What a disappointment of an agent :)
