- ARAngelica RiveraAug 22, 20251.0So far! Worst customer service ever! Can’t reach anyone who can actually help me out! They have no answers to anything! It’s my first month being insured with them and I already hate it so much. The experience has been horrible. Avoid being insured with them at all cost. Already have rude agents giving me the run around and who even is Amanda I have yet to be hear from a real agent with knowledge to my questions. I can only imagine if you actually have to submit a claim and how horrible it can be or get. Definitely cancelling please avoid at all cost.

My wife and I consistently and always receive excellent customer service from Jeff and Amanda. They are responsive, helpful and when we have questions or a claim, they work diligently to answer our questions and handle claims quickly. Jeff and Amanda are simply the best!
