  I worked directly with Carly, at Roland Gatti Allstate Insurance. Carly was an incredible help to get my insurance situation sorted out. AAA notified me that it will not renew my home insurance due to fire hazard (who’s home in CA isn’t in fire hazard zone?). I was with AAA for more than 25 years (home and auto insurance) never had any major claim. Carly, was truly professional, very patient with my dumb questions, and supper helpful to get me the right information, multiple quotes, educate me about insurers’ credit rating, and help me get new home insurance, fire insurance, and yes, auto insurance. I truly give a 5-star rating to all aspects of my experience dealing with this office.

  Very impressed with Carly - she was so helpful throughout the entire process and is very easy to work with. I was shopping around for some auto quotes and I was getting discouraged finding really high rates for little coverage. Every agent I spoke to sounded like I was wasting their time.. Carly however instantly stood out and got me a competitive rate and great coverage for my new Toyota Camry (and she’s so nice!!). The whole process had been a breeze. My renewal is coming up in 2 months and I will 100% be renewing. I’ve referred my mom and sister too - cuz I know Carly and her team will take care of them. Thank you Carly!!
