- PDPeyton DuncanMar 14, 20261.0Rates increased dramatically (500-1000/6mo). First set of calls to transfer policy to this practice “we’ll call you back in a few minutes” was actually a 12hr wait. I called to ask why my rate increased and was told I’d be contacted with a new quote to get pricing back on track. That was a month or more ago at this point with no callback. I’ve used Allstate now in four states and this office is by far the worst and has resulted in a significant increase to my policy spend with less coverage than I had elsewhere.
