  We added our new accord to the policy.. was paying almost $500 for 3 cars 2 months later we were hit with alittle over $1000 bill , my husband deals with them so he asked why and was told that it’s extra fee’s after processing the add on! 2 months later though?? So it sounded fishy to me. Ummm no I put it in my own hands to change insurance.. Glad we made that decision.

  We are under Allstate for few years already. My husband got into an accident last March this year. We called their 800- number and told us that since our car was only under liability, they let us communicate and contact the other insurance party. They said we are the one to negotiate and follow-up everything. They said they cannot do anything because it’s only under “liability” and not a full coverage.

  Best insurance place around. They have been my agent since I was 17 years old and they have taken care of me for years from my car insurance to house insurance to life insurance. I've never had one issue with them and they have taken care of any issues that I've had immediately with no questions asked.

  The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I spoke with several of them, and they all were able to provide the info that I needed without being pushy.
