- SWSusan WongNov 2, 20245.0I live 2 and 1/2 miles from Sam Lui's office. I have never met them but was referred to their office many years ago when I was contemplating switching insurance companies. I have never been happier to have switched. Even though we've never met, it seems as if we've know each other for many years. The level of service I receive is personalized and Liza is most definitely responsive to all my calls and all my questions are answered. Definitely customer-centric. Thank you Sam and for great service!!
