I have been with Allstate for 6 years now, however this agent Gutierrez was nice when I first enrolled to Allstate, then brushed me off and was extremely rude. This agent would not understand my situation, he kept telling me gibberish, so i couldn't make any changes to my auto policy and told me good luck finding another insurance company that will accommodate my request and hung up on me. I called the 800 number for Allstate and spoke with someone that was much more understanding and made the change, even helping change agents so I wouldn't have to go to this RUDE agent Gutierrez in the near future. Allstate is awesome, just DO NOT sign up with this agent, there's plenty other Allstate agents that are rockstars. Gutierrez "0" stars in my opinion.

He is always acting like a father figure to advice and with outmost honesty find the best deal or solution for all his clients. I've have been a client of his for over 20 years now and I truly highly recommend him and his agency. Nice and clean environment and warm family business. Both his wife and daughter are very caring and knowledgeable and so is their Spanish speaking associate.
