  I have been using this company for years. They have gone above and beyond as far as customer service. Nice to have an agent you can work worth instead of a 1-800 number or chat box.

  I worked with Alissa on insuring my first home purchase. I was anxious about the process with the CA Fair Plan because I knew it was a detailed application and I have never purchased home owners insurance before, so it was all very new to me. Alissa was so informative and answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. It brought me great comfort to work with her as I felt protected and educated throughout the process. Buying a home for the first time can be a nerve-racking experience and there's a lot to learn, however having professionals such as Alissa make the experience painless and so much more enjoyable!   I switched last year from my local State Farm agent to Roger L Stevens insurance. My new agent Alissa Foster Is the best. She has always been friendly, helpful and professional. She got me a great deal for all my vehicles and I was, for the first time ever, able to pay for a whole years insurance plan. When I needed to add a third vehicle, I just called Alissa. Within minutes, I was insured and on the road in my new car. She was even able to help my Grandma get fire insurance on her new California Home. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

  As retired seniors living on a fixed income cost matters big time. Vanessa saved us a bundle by finding us far less expensive auto insurance than we currently had. She also answered our questions on homeowners insurance with the reassurance we needed. Very grateful, thank you Vanessa !
