As the owner of a local Allstate branch she feels entitled to treat her clients just as a number and not as person that puts food on her table. I have been a client of Allstate for the past two years and as I tried to explain my concerns to her. She said go to a different branch or just change insurance company. Allstate has a reputation to hold and Jennifer Matto is not the best example of "being in good hands"
