  Without hesitation, five out of five stars. I recently moved to California from Texas and needed to switch my auto insurance. Kylie Bass was amazing. She was able to get my information over the phone, answer a few questions I had, and within a few hours I got a quote that was lower than what I was paying in Texas. She explained the process I needed to complete for the transfer. It was the easiest task to accomplish. By the following day I had California coverage. I highly recommend Sara Freund as a State Farm agent. I was with my last agent for over 20 years and I am looking forward to working with Sara for many years to come.

  I had spoken to an agent named Dani. She was super helpful, very polite, and patient with me as I was seeking a new car insurance policy. Dani took the time to explain and help me understand which insurance to choose from, and also aided me in getting the right policy suited for me. Would highly recommend.
