  Lo voy a escribir en español para que la gente latina sepa de allstate, yo fui cliente desde 2017 siempre fui puntual con mis pagos aki la verdad con estos nuevos dueños no te ayudan a nada le preguntas por alguien en español y no tienen y cada 6 meses te quieren cobrar bastante por esa razon me animo a postiar este mal review esta aseguranza es buena pero los dueños o encargados de esta agencia son mala calidad no a tienden a su cliente como deverian , peace ✌🏽

  Sadly this house has had homeowners since 2009 with my late wife way earlier since 1968. After receiving next to nothing on a destroyed home roof and piping and receiving total harassment from adjusters. Allstate has dropped my homeowners after making one claim. Do not purchase homeowners from Allstate. I doubt in California one can purchase homeowners. I was satisfied and have other policies until canceling: My agent never called. Do not get homeowners if you can from Allstate. Their adjusters low ball, bully to make one repair and do not care about the needs to this family or home. The adjusters lied and needed hotel. We got it, but adjusters do not pick up the phone. When needing to extend we were out of luck. No call backs. Stay away.
