  I had to search out another insurance agency after adding adding a second vehicle to my policy and being told a mistake in my application could not be addressed.

  Jettus Memmer was the worst when it came to assisting us with the loss of our house in October 2017 here in Santa Rosa. When we called to let him know we lost the house, the best he could do was give us the 800 number for the claims department. He never offered to assist us in any other way or during the entire 17 months of the ordeal that he and Allstate put us through. He actually complained to me that his wife was upset with him because he had to work late a few nights during the disaster. Sorry for the inconvenience Jettus. I just changed agents the other day and now I am through with this jerk. Stay away from him. He will sell you a policy and then forget about you. I'm sure I am not the only fire victim that had horrible service from Jettus Memmer. The 5 star reviews your reading here are from friends and family.

  I've been a customer with Jettus for years. He's always been a straight shooter and hasn't steered me wrong with his suggestions and assistance.
