Sure he’s nice if there’s no issue, but his poor work ethic and lack of morals show when an issue occurs. Despite being an Allstate customer for decades without payment or credit issues, he failed to communicate and inform my family about our coverage being cancelled. He didn’t call or email once. Instead all we received was a notice in the mail which arrived a week after the final date had passed. He lied and misinformed us by claiming our situation was stuck in a process and continued to tell us to wait 24hours day after day and to just not drive when our coverage had already been cancelled (he admitted to this later). He dodged calls and never returned a call as he claimed he would. He made us wait days without auto insurance while he was supposedly handling the issue. We could’ve simply gone with a different insurance provider had he told us the truth to begin with. He is a coward and shady. He was not even apologetic. Beware, he does not care about your best interest. His suggestions for clients are ones that ultimately are best for himself.
