- YSYu SasakiJun 9, 20231.0DO NOT waste your money getting insurance with Allstate. Of course they are nice to you when you pay the monthly fees. When it's their turn to pay, it's a no show. We had a car accident in March that our car got t-boned from behind because the woman (who had Allstate insurance also) was speeding. After all types of documents and them passing us around with many different "agents" and "supervisors" whose numbers you will never reach. They did not call us and we had to call them all the time. They finally replied to us after 3 months that they would not pay a cent because there was "no witness". They refused to inspect our car and told us that "Things happened and both parties parted ways, that's all, nothing we can do". Allstate is a scam!
